So, Twilight is a sellout to Celestia whom spins deception to pony kind so they can pretend harmony is a thing and Trixie couldn’t stomach being false for “the greater good” nor the philosophy of destiny

not after Twilight showed that fate can be changed and what real friendship is - the friendship Twilight then transgressed by groveling to Celestia and her own fate she let Celestia have.

so much like wicked, Twilight is weak when it comes to integrity versus “the greater good” and will choose to be fate‘s little pawn, ultimately the biggest looser when she gets eactly what she asked for, adored and the nation in “harmony” but built on delusions and genuine friendship now impossible for her because everyone is too busy submitting to her bludgeoning authority even when she doesn’t use it. “Princess of friendship”, Ultimately alone.

meanwhile Trixie gets to elope the nation believed to be dead and gets to start over happy with - I’m guessing startlight- both humble but free of the cage Celestia built for Twilight
