Since it's been out a while now, I'll explain the image. It's a metaphor for a few things, firstly being that originally no one knew that I, the voice of Derpy, was also the artist of Discord Whooves. And I feel Discord Whooves is a lot more true to myself. That happier exterior and the pained, tortured face underneath is supposed to represent myself, tearing off the mask to my true identity.
It also has a bit to do with being in the wrong body.
